I don't want my clients seeing my schedule, what do I do?

There are several great features with our software that allow you to control your schedule, for starters you can turn online scheduling on or off. If you decide you don't want to provide online scheduling, clients can still create accounts and provide you with valuable contact information as well as submit a request based solely on your hours of operation. You will receive an email or text message with the request and a way to contact them, giving you complete control.

How does the online scheduling work?

We have created a very easy-to-use system that provides you with flexibility, control and convenience. Every step is developed with your needs in mind.

• You manage your hours of operation and time off.
• You set your services and how much time to block out for each. For example, a one hour appointment is 60 minutes, you can also choose to add a 15, or 30 minute gap between appointments to prepare for your next client and account for unexpected delays. If you chose a 30 minute reset the system would block out 90 minutes for a one hour appointment.
• You even control whether or not clients can view today's schedule and book same day appointments.

Once you've set those parameters, clients can create an account on your website, find a time that works best for them and submit a request.
